Will we all be Epsilons?!!
In Brave New World of Aldous Huxley, written in 1931, the futuristic tale base itself of a society that is extremely organized, controlled, and divided by casts in a superiority scale:
Alfa, Beta, Gama, Delta e Epsilon...
Historical theories and rumors aside, I wonder the reasons why everyone looks the same. Have you noticed that THE WORLD IS BLONDE? – Nothing against blondes, on the contrary… But nowadays there are so many platinum blonde hairs that the exotic, the different is to be natural.
In the street fashion there are few variations of de jeans, shirts, shoes, flip flops, sneakers… Dresses are rare! Except of women who put themselves out there very feminine! Is not easy to find them out there beautiful and free…
The only thing that really makes me sad as a creator - compromised with aesthetic - is that the uniform adopted by the generalized masses is the basic of the basic!
And how fashion is the reflex of our society, I leave with these questions:
Why people prefer to blend-in with the masses?
Being unique and taking your own decisions is that difficult?
Will we be doomed to live in the Brave New World?!

Seremos TODOS Ipsilones?!!
Em Admirável Mundo Novo de Aldous Huxley, escrito em 1931, a fábula futurística baseava-se numa sociedade extremamente organizada, controlada, separada por castas em escala de superioridade:
Alfa, Beta, Gama, Delta e Ípsilones....
Teorias históricas e polêmicas à parte, fico pensando nas razões das pessoas parecerem todas iguais.Vcs já repararam que o MUNDO É LOIRO? - Nada contra loiros, muito pelo contrário...Mas hj em dia são tantas as cabeleiras platinadas que o exótico, o diferente está em quem é natural.
Nos modelitos das ruas são poucas variações de jeans, blusinha, camiseta, sandália, chinelos, tênis... Vestidinhos?! São raras as mulheres que se colocam beeeeem femininas, nowadays! Não é fácil encontrá-los por aí lindos leves e soltos...
A única coisa que me deixa realmente triste como criadora comprometida com a estética, é que o uniforme adotado pela casualidade generalizada, é o básico do básico!
Como a moda é mesmo um reflexo da nossa sociedade, ficam as perguntas:
Por que as pessoas preferem se fundir com as massas?
Ser único e tomar decisões próprias é tão difícil?
Estaremos fadados a viver o Admirável Mundo Novo?!
